Approval status

Aesthetic Resolution ADR is currently completing its approval/accreditation process. This page will be updated once formal status is granted.
What this means
- AR-ADR is not yet approved/accredited as a UK consumer ADR body.
- We do not claim to be approved or accredited and will not do so until formal status is granted.
- Until approval is granted, AR-ADR is not yet operating live cases.
Process
Approval is being sought from the Chartered Trading Standards Institute (CTSI), which acts as the UK competent authority for consumer ADR bodies. The process includes assessment of:
- Independence and governance.
- Procedural rules and time limits.
- Adjudicator qualifications, training and conflicts management.
- Transparency and reporting commitments.
- Accessibility and consumer protections.
What we will publish when approval is granted
- Approval certificate or reference number.
- Date of approval and any conditions.
- Updated home page and footer messaging.
- First published scheme rules version aligned with the approved scope.
